How To Book With Skedda: New User

This is a step-by-step process of how to use 44 Gauekl’s new online booking system, Skedda. This process assumes this is your first time visiting the new booking system. It also assumes you do not have a user account.

Step 1: Go to 44 Gaukel’s Skedda


Step 2: Start a New Booking

Click the green button with a plus sign in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

In the window that appears, please enter the email address you would like to use in our booking system. We will send all emails about rental agreements, invoices, and more to this account.

Click “Next” when finished.

Step 4: Picking a Date, Time, and Space

In the new booking screen, select the date, time, and space you would like to rent from us. Should you pick an unavailable time, the system will explain what the problem is.

In this example, I’ve selected a booking from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., but, all bookings at 44 Gaukel must be at least 3 hours back-to-back. So, the system prevents the creation of this booking until it is at least 3 hours long.
Note: Bookings need at least two-day advanced notice. If you are looking for a last-minute rental please read our FAQ.

Step 5: (Optional) Repeat Bookings

If you would like to create a booking that occurs every week or month, you can do so under the repeat option.

In this example, we’ve selected a weekly recurring booking in the Rehearsal Space on Mondays. We’ve set it to end after 5 occurrence(s), meaning the booking will run for 5 weeks.

Step 6: Other Information

Please fill out the other information like the title of your booking and your details.

Step 7: Enter Credit Card Details

Here you will be able to see the total cost of your booking, based on all occurrences. This cost includes tax.

Enter your credit or debit card information, and agree to our venue terms and conditions.

Note: We do not charge you immediately. You will select your preferred payment method later in the process. See “Full Booking Process” for more details.

Step 8: Confirm Booking and Check Your Email

Click the “Confirm Booking” button and then check your email for the confirmation. We will be in touch with you to carry out the rest of the booking process. See “Full Booking Process” for more details.
