This is a step by step process of how to use 44 Gauekl’s new online booking system called Skedda. This process assumes ABO Staff has sent you an invite link to sign up for Skedda.
Step 1: Follow the Invite Link in Your Email
Please follow the invite link in the email we sent to you. If you cannot find it please send us an email at email@example.com
Step 2: Register
Enter your first name, last name, and email address. We will send all emails about rental agreements, invoices, and more to this email address. Please let us know if you would like us to send invoices elsewhere.
Agree to the terms and conditions and click “Register”.
Step 3: Start a New Booking
This will bring you to the booking calendar view. The quickest way to create a new booking if you already know the date and time you would like is to click the green button with a plus sign in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 4: Picking a Date, Time, and Space
In the new booking screen, select the date, time, and space you would like to rent from us. Should you pick an unavailable time, the system will explain what the problem is.
Note: Bookings need at least two-day advanced notice. If you are looking for a last-minute rental please read our FAQ.
Step 5: (Optional) Repeat Bookings
If you would like to create a booking that occurs every week or month, you can do so under the repeat option.
Step 6: Other Information
Please fill out the other information like the title of your booking and your details. The system will fill in some of this information for you.
Step 7: Confirm Booking and Check Your Email
Here you will be able to see the total cost of your booking, based on all occurrences. Because you are a regular renter at 44 Gaukel, you will not need to enter your credit card details. We will continue to send you invoices at the end of the month for your rentals.
