Over the Holiday Break, the Ontario Government announced a provincial wide lock down until at least January 23, 2021.

RENTALS
This means that 44 Gaukel will not be hosting or offering rentals during this time. If you had a rental booked between now and January 23, 2021, we will be contacting you with regard to canceling and/or rescheduling your bookings. Please note that all cancellation fees are waived due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19.

TENANTS
Tenants will continue to have access to their spaces during this time.

ABO STAFF
ABO staff will work remotely at this time, checking in on the facility on a weekly basis. We are online during regular business days and hours (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and are reachable by email.

Should the province extend the lockdown, we will also extend our closure of our rental spaces. We will continue to stay in touch with renters during this time.
