As you may have read earlier this week, the Region of Waterloo announced that it will be extending the closure of all municipal facilities to the public until May 4, 2020.

RENTALS
This means that 44 Gaukel will not be hosting or offering rentals during this time. If you had a rental booked between now and May 4, 2020, we will be contacting you with regards to cancelling and/or rescheduling your bookings. Please note that all cancellation fees are waived due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19.

TENANTS
Tenants will continue to have access to their spaces during this time. We will be in touch with second floor tenants early next week about next steps for the coming months.

ABO STAFF
ABO staff will be working remotely until the building reopens to the public, checking in on the facility on a weekly basis. We are online during regular business days and hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) and are reachable by email.
